Privacy Policy
General privacy policy
By using our website, you agree to the collection, processing and use of data in accordance with the following description. Our website can be visited without registration. Data such as pages called up or the name of the file called up, date and time are stored on the server for statistical purposes without these data being directly related to your person. Personal data, in particular name, address or e-mail address are collected on a voluntary basis as far as possible. The data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.
Area of application
This data protection declaration is valid for the internet offer of Immoraum GmbH, Uhlandstraße 14, 70182 Stuttgart (www.immoraum.de).
What is personal data?
Personal data is information which can be used to find out personal or factual information about you (e.g. name, address, telephone number, date of birth or e-mail address). Information where we cannot (or only with a disproportionate effort) establish a connection to your person, e.g. by anonymising the information, is not personal data.
What personal data is collected and processed by us and what do we use this data for?
You can use a large part of our website without providing personal data. If you send us an e-mail or contact us using our contact form, we will use the personal data you provide solely to contact you as you wish or to fulfil your information requests. If you contact us about a job offer, your personal data will be stored by us for the purpose of carrying out the application process and will be deleted afterwards, unless it is stored for the purpose of carrying out an employment relationship. There will be no further use of your personal data. Your personal data will also not be transferred to third parties.
Data collection
Some of our websites may ask you to contact us or provide us with certain personal information. We use this data to personalize your visits to our websites and to tailor the content offered to your individual needs.
Newsletter / Real estate offers
You can register to receive our newsletter to receive regular information by e-mail about our offers, activities and industry news. You will also receive recommendations tailored to your interests. For this purpose, we use information that you have transmitted to us as well as automatically generated information if you have given your prior consent. For example, confirmations of receipt and reading of e-mails, date and time of your visit to our website or objects in which you are interested are then included in the recommendations. Without this consent, you can also receive our newsletter; in this case, however, we can only take into account the information that you have explicitly provided us with.
If you no longer wish to receive individualised messages or newsletters in general from us, you can object to this at any time, either in total or for specific measures, without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates. You will of course find an unsubscribe link in every newsletter. You can also send your objection to: sven.kersten@immoraum.de.
Handling of application data
To process your application, we collect, process and use your personal data. Your online application data will be transmitted directly to the personnel department and will of course be treated confidentially. Appropriate technical and organisational measures ensure that your personal data is treated in accordance with the legal requirements – confidentiality and security are our top priorities.
At the end of the application process, but after 6 months at the latest, your personal data will be automatically deleted, unless you expressly agree to it being stored for a longer period of time.
Transfer of data to third parties
The data provided by you will only be stored as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which the data was collected or for legal reasons. We do not pass on personal data to third parties, unless this is necessary to fulfil our business activities or your requirements or due to official or judicial orders. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties.
Privacy policy for Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. To deactivate Google Analytics, Google provides a browser plug-in at http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. Google Analytics uses cookies. These are small text files which make it possible to store specific information relating to the user on the user’s terminal device. These enable an analysis of the use of our website by Google. The information collected by the cookie about the use of our website (including your IP address) is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code “gat._anonymizeIp();” in order to ensure an anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP-Masking). If anonymisation is active, Google will shorten IP addresses within member states of the European Union or in other states that are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, which means that no conclusions can be drawn about your identity. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google observes the data protection regulations of the “Privacy Shield” agreement and is registered with the “Privacy Shield” program of the US Department of Commerce and uses the collected information to evaluate the use of our websites, to write reports for us in this regard and to provide other relevant services to us. You can learn more at http://www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/privacyoverview.html.
Security measures to protect the information we hold about you
Personal data that you entrust to us is safe. We are committed to protecting your privacy and treating your personal data confidentially. In order to prevent loss or misuse of the data stored with us, we take extensive technical and operational security precautions, which are regularly reviewed and adapted to technological progress. We would like to point out, however, that due to the structure of the Internet it is possible that the rules of data protection and the above-mentioned security measures may not be observed by other persons or institutions that are not within our area of responsibility. In particular, data disclosed in unencrypted form – even if it is sent by e-mail – can be read by third parties. We have no technical influence on this. It is the responsibility of the user to protect the data provided by him/her against misuse by means of encryption or in any other way.
Information about your personal data stored with us/deletion
Your personal data, which you have provided when contacting us, will only be stored as long as this is permitted by law. Upon your request, we will gladly inform you which personal data we have stored. If, despite our efforts to ensure correct and up-to-date data, incorrect data is stored by us, we will correct it immediately. Should you wish the stored data to be deleted, this deletion will also be carried out immediately upon your request. If deletion is not possible for legal reasons, the respective data will be blocked instead. We will be pleased to inform you about the personal data stored by us. Please send your request to the person responsible for data protection:
