The established engineering services provider Hildenbrand Ingenieure has rented around 600 square meters of office space on the second floor of the property at Pflugfelderstrasse 22 in Ludwigsburg. With the move in at the beginning of 2020, the property is now fully rented. The company, founded in 1955, develops building construction, civil engineering and bridge construction. Immoraum Real Estate Advisors, partner of the NAI apollo group, acted as sole agent for the landlord. This was the second lease contract in the object brokered by Immoraum after the lease by the notary’s office Dr. Dr. Matthias Damm in 2019. The lessor of the property is an institutional investor.
